This Thingyan

So… it is almost one month I couldn’t update my blog. I’m really upset about that. I feel so lost these days. I even missed to say Thingyan New Year greeting this year.

Coz this was my first Thingyan festival in many years, I didn’t want to miss it and I finally went out to see some Thingyan stages on last day. It was too much traffic jam wherever there is good concert. There was IronCross concert near the zoo and it was impossible to approach there by car. I couldn’t understand why there was nobody to clear this traffic jam. Damn useless polices.

Actually, only the street between Innya lake and Yangon Uni looks like Thingyan festival. Many Thingyan stages are there. Here are some photos I took there. You can see Thingyan has changed a lot especially the way girls dress and dance. Huh?
